How We Help Businesses

LITIGATION

The image shows the front of a white neoclassical government building labeled "Tribunal Supremo," surrounded by leafless trees with orange and yellow leaves on the ground and black decorative street lamps.

Whether litigation is a strategic choice or an unavoidable necessity, we bring over 30 years of proven experience advocating for businesses and business owners across diverse industries in courts throughout the country. While litigation can be a burden on a business, you can be assured that every action we take is driven by one thing — our unwavering effort to achieve your desired outcome.

TRANSACTIONS

Our decades of business litigation experience have shown that the best way to avoid costly disputes is to address potential legal issues before they escalate. We assist clients at every stage of their business—formation, contracting, and beyond—to ensure strong legal protection for the future.

ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION

Arbitration and mediation offer alternative methods of resolving business disputes. We have the experience to know when to use these tools, and how to use them effectively.

GOVERNMENT RELATIONS AND REGULATORY MATTERS

Every industry faces regulatory and governmental hurdles. We have the experience and insight to help your business navigate them—whether that means securing necessary licenses, working with administrative agencies, advocating for regulatory change, or addressing other challenges that arise from government oversight.
